		<description>This is a very useful resource - in the 3 years since it was published there have been a few developments - noteably Google Maps allowing private sellers and estate agents to advertise their properties to rent or for sale on google Maps UK.  

Also uk portal The Big Property List (http://www.thebigpropertylist.co.uk) is free to list and free to recieve enquiries if you put your advert on google maps.</description>
